Your Association at work

Over the last few weeks, Taxpayer Australia has prepared and made submissions on the S23AG FAQ fact sheet and the Tax Laws Amendment (Transfer of Provisions) Bill 2009. We are currently preparing submissions on the following topics:

• the new income test for the Entrepreneurs' Tax Offset
• the unpaid present entitlement as considered in TR 2009/D8 (joint submission), and
• the pre-Budget submission.
